Black and White Everything? Yes, please.

We choose ideal times to do home improvements. We completely gutted our 100 year old home to make space for the babies, when I was 9 months pregnant with the twins. Sidenote: At one point the toaster was in the bathroom. Gross.

When I was pregnant with Dean, we needed to add a makeshift bedroom out of our upstairs landing🤔. We decided our early 90’s master bath needed a refresher, while we were at it. It had brown cabinets, taupe tiles, a huge tub that took up most of the small space, and a shower wall in the middle of the room. It felt claustrophobic.

We wanted a bright open space, and I’m so happy with how this turned out. The glass shower walls really opened up the room, and lightened up the entire space. I love the black and white Cement Tile Shop tiles and Schoolhouse Electric light fixtures. To gain more space we wanted medicine cabinet mirrors. These are from Restoration Hardware. The sinks and faucets are Kohler, and the tub is from Studio 41. And, The colorful artwork, Hapi Art.
